TraceSpan Launches ADSL Lawful Interception System

First Non-intrusive Solution Supports High Speed ADSL, ADSL2 and ADSL 2 Plus

Ra’anana, Israel – January 26, 2005 – TraceSpan™ Communications, a provider of broadband monitoring solutions, today announced the release of its DSL Phantom™ 3000, a passive ADSL Lawful Interception (LI) monitoring solution.

DSL Phantom™ is a monitoring device that records and stores broadband digital information, offering many unique advantages. DSL Phantom™ operates on a powerful platform that supports high bit rates, enabling it to monitor both upstream and downstream data simultaneously and more effectively. DSL Phantom™ can be installed at virtually any location (Central Office or Street), while the data can be monitored at a remote location.

The DSL Phantom was developed based on TraceSpan’s flagship product, DSL Xpert™ that has broken new ground as the first non-intrusive (patent-pending) performance-analysis solution for ADSL networks. The DSL Xpert™ is sold to numerous Telcos, chipset vendors and ADSL equipment makers who use it to test, monitor and assure the quality their ADSL products.
