Question:  When starting capture, I cannot set the capture time to be higher than a certain value. What should I do?

Answer:

The maximum capture time limit can be changed by using the Preferences dialog box. Please note that the higher this value is, the more disk space is required for the capture files and for the recording files.

The File size : Capture time ratio is about 660MB : 1 Minute for Normal Sampling Rate [when sampling ADSL1, ANSI, ADSL2] ; and 1200MB : 1 Minute for Double Sampling Rate [when sampling ADSL2+].
