Question:  When trying to work with the DSL Xpert using Remote Desktop, I received a message that the minimum required Color Quality is 24-bit resolution.  What should I do?

Answer: The high resolution is required for proper operation of the DSL Xpert application. The error message occurred since although the client configured the remote connection to use 24 bits for colors, the host is not configured for it.
